It's Sunday and I am Grateful. Sunday again, and I am grateful for another one. This week I am grateful for the continuity of life. If you are lucky, you get another day, another hour, another moment. Today, I am grateful for all the moments I have had this week. I worked a few really long days to make up some of my work that piled up when I was away on holidays. I am grateful for having to be able to put in those long days.
I am grateful for the different types of energies I was lucky to encounter during my week. Energies from my clients and co-workers, who I had been apart from, and was glad to interact with again. Energies, from smiling, growing and developing babies, energies from families who struggle but keep trying, energies from a friend who is leaving us and embarking on a new life, energies from a friend who is sick, and had the good grace to realize she needed to take care of herself, rather than run herself into the ground. It is those energies that I find facsinating, and am humbled by. For the world is full of the amazing energy of people and the world growing, doing, dying, and being. All of it. All of it amazes me and I am thankful for. I am also thankful for the energy of a friend who amazes me in her strength and courage and hopefulness in life, as she makes meaning out of it. That is love, life and beauty in action.
Thankyou Lord for everthing in my life, and in life itself!!! It is beautiful, all of it, the good, the bad, the ugly, the simple and the amazing. Thankyou for the Great Adventure!
What are You Grateful for In Your Life?
"The longer I live the more beautiful life becomes.
If you foolishly ignore beauty, you will soon find yourself
without it. Your life will be impoverished. But if you
invest in beauty, it will remain with you all the days of
your life."

3Are you really up this early on a Sunday morning? Well, I am too. On the weekends, it's about the only time I get to get online without my husband wanting to get on the computer!
I love your positive sentiments and encouragements! We have to find the positive in the daily life ebbing & flowing around us each & every day. I think that's what I see in you, that I don't in a lot of others, is your positive, uplifting, encouraging blogs and, let's not forget your great sense of humor!
Keep it up Beachwalker!
4Dreama!!!
Thanks for the feedback - it really helps me in my life to move my perception to the
positive when possible. Yes, I have been getting up earlier and going to bed earlier, due to a long commute, so I think my internal clock has adjusted to this, even on the weekends. I get
about 7 to 8 hrs. sleep and I feel ok!!! I hear ya about the hubby - LOL - same thing here!!!
Have a Great Sunday!!!
